Delivery

Free delivery to industrial, commercial address and S.F. Store for single purchase of HKD800 or above. Otherwise, delivery fee will be $48 or pay on delivery.

All goods will be shipped within 3 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm warning is hosted, or due to delivery schedule of the courier company we employ.

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us at (+852 5547 9936) at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.
